These drivers should really go back to school for they do not know how to follow simple traffic rules and manners. Oh please, enough of the "pagbigyan na" mentality. In today's society, this will not work as they tend to abuse it in which will result to disobedience to the law.

May you be rich or poor, no one is above the law. On this video recorded by an ordinary citizen, two (2) rich, elderly men who seems to be drunk threatens him by pointing a gun. Though the incident is not seen on the video, a violation of drunk driving could be filed to these two men should they be found guilty.
