"Beware po! Last time may nagpost po about sa "bubog" sa loob ng Lucky me pancit canton! At first di ako nanininiwala until I saw it with my eyes. Sa unang pack na naopen ko meron akong nakita, then sa pangalawa meron ulit! Hindi sya namuong salt dahil shiny sya at sharp ang edges!
Babala lang po lalo na sa mga may kids delikado po ito!"
Cynch Camitan, posted pictures of the glass-like particles she found in the sauce of her Pancit Canton. She warned netizens of her findings. At first, she couldn't believe the allegations about the glass-like particles but she now believes it because she was able to experience it first-hand.
Another post circulated online wherein a YouTube user posted a video of the glass-like particles found on the Pancit Canton.
But according to Lucky Me, who posted a comment on the YouTube, said that the glass-like particles are salt that precipitated due to sudden changes in temperature. Lucky Me also stated that they place warnings on every package they produce about the salt particles and said that there is nothing to worry about.
