MANILA, Philippines - Bulgarian Konstantin Simeonov Kavrakov, 32, also known as "King of Hackers" was arrested April 9 around 9pm at a PS Bank ATM machine along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City. The Bulgarian national is accused of committing cybercrimes, including stealing thousands of dollars from the bank accounts of Microsoft founder and the world’s richest man, Bill Gates.

Agents of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) and the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group arrested Konstantin Simeonov Kavrakov, while withdrawing money using different counterfeit bank cards at the ATM machine of the PS Bank branch along Quezon Avenue.
In him was nine (9) PS Bank ATM receipts, seven (7) different credit cards, a gold blank card, a mobile phone a shoulder bag containing 76,570 pesos.
The suspect reportedly withdrew the cash from the bank’s ATM booth.
Reginald Villasanta, PAOCC executive director, said Kavrakov will face charges for violation of Republic Act 8484 or the Access Device Regulations Act.
He said that Kavrakov's arrest came in the wake of "Jugador," a PAOCC-initiated project targeting groups of foreign nationals engaged in cyber fraud and illegal online gaming.
According to Interpol reports, Kavrakov is allegedly engaged in ATM/credit card fraud and cloning. He was arrested last June 2011 for banking and financial fraud, high-tech crime, forgery and commercial fraud in Paraguay.
