TABA NGA HINDI NAG STAY EH, MAHAL MO PA KAYA ♦?

buti nalang never pa ako naka experience na sabihan ako ng ganyan dahil makakasapak talaga ako HAHAHA joke lang frenny!

Noon hilig ko magsagala

“ lakas ng loob oh magsasagala ang taba taba naman.”

“ Abby mag diet kana baka iwan ka ng bf mo” (HAHAHA BF ko nga never ako sinabihan na magpapayat eh)

Until one time nakaharap ako sa salamin. Kinakausap ko sarili ko habang umiiyak

Abby ang taba taba mo na oh. Laki ng hita mo size 32 bewang mo naman 43 mahiya ka naman sa sarili mo.

Until I decided to make a CHANGE and yes TOTALLY CHANGE TALAGA BES!

Lakas magsabi nung iba “HINDI MO KAYA YAN!” Tapos ppm pm sakin ngayon HOW DAW! haha lakas bes!

Hindi po ako nag gym mas tumaba po ako dun. Nag ririce din po ako mas nakakataba pag no rice lakas maka bounce back pag kumaen ka ulit.

No sweets
No soda
More water
More Veggies
No red meats
No CHEAT
MOTIVATION AND GOAL
Yes White Meat
1 rice a day
No carbo in the afternoon

And lastly hindi ako nag diet para sa ibang tao nag diet ako para sa sarili ko basta kahit gaano na kalayo at maraming nagbago dapat humble lang tayo.

Hindi ko pinost ito para magpasikat or what so ever i just wanna inspire you and wag mawalan ng pag-asa wag natin pagtawanan ang pagiging mataba bagkus let's help them to be healthy yes maganda nga pero mas maganda kung pati health maganda rin. Thank you so much po GodBlessYouAll

I am a herbalife coach but I can’t say na siya yung nakakahelp for me to lose weight. Why? Kasi po pwede siya pang gain weight and lose weight. And hindi ko rin po masasagot or pwedeng bigyan ng meal plan dahil kada tao po iba ang required na calories kaya pinost ko nalang yung mga PWEDE AT BAWAL. Dahil kada tao iba po ang timbang. Hindi ko pinopoint out na herbalife ang mismong nakakapag papayat sakin kundi TAMANG MEAL PLAN PARA SAYONG TIMBANG.

Hindi po slimmimg products si herbalife  ?? food replacement po siya pamalit sa high calories food.

Don’t CUT foods just CUT CALORIES.

Hindi po ako nag gym hindi ko kayo pipilitin maniwala.

And if decided kayo no need to ask kung ilang months ang pagitan bago ma achieve kasi for me kusang lalabas naman yan eh, ng hindi mo namamalayan if decided ka kahit gaano katagal hindi ka maiinip  :)
