If you loved the "Olivia will you marry me" billboards sprawled all over EDSA back in February then this new slew of billboards might tickle your fancy.

Like the Olivia billboards, these new ones simply say, “Jose, give me a ring!” with “11.22.14″ written below it.

In an interview with the people behind the original Olivia billboards, they hinted that they might continue with the Olivia storyline for their next project.

We reached Empire East, the developer behind the Olivia billboards, for a comment, but a representative denied that the Jose billboards are in any way connected with them.

So what could it be this time?

Could Jose be Olivia’s fiancé? Maybe he skipped the whole engagement-with a-hidden-ring shebang, so he could buy a condominium unit instead? Perhaps despite their “first investment together,”  Olivia still wants some bling on her finger? After all, you know what they say about diamonds, girls, and best friends.

The exclamation point after the word “ring” might be an indication of excitement, impatience, or seething rage. We don’t know for sure. It could be totally unrelated, too, and we’re totally over-reading this. With all the attention earned by the Olivia campaign, it’s highly possible another brand is trying the same trick.

But in any case, props to you, girl, for junking gender stereotypes by asking for what you want and going for it.
