LTO, we are paying you around 500 pesos for a cheap-effing license yet you are unable to provide us one. Imagine tens-thousands of people lining up for long hours and paying you this amount then this effing piece of crap is what we get in return?
We don't deserve to pay you that amount just to get a piece of paper that says "temporary license valid up to xxxx years". And we don't also deserve to pay you that amount to line up from morning till dawn just to get a cheap plastic card.
Computer Fee? What the hell is that? Do you even use computers to process the license? We though you are using the 1800's printing machine that could print one (1) license per day.
If you think you deserve to be paid that amount, fix your system first. There is no point for us to pay you for a service that doesn't serve us well.
