In a recent memo released by the Philippine BasketBall Association (PBA), Commissioner Chito Naravasa prohibits players of the Women 3X3 basketball from "boy-cut" hairdos.

SPIN.ph was able to secure a copy of the memo stating:

Please be advised that effective the start of the third conference of the PBA Women's 3x3, each team shall be allowed only a maximum of two (2) current or former national team players per team.

Also, henceforth, platers with boy-cut haridos shall no longer be allowed.

For your strict compliance.

On an interview with Gabriela, the memo stated by the PBA is a form of discrimination with regards to sports.
