Special Ingredients Found In A Milo Tetra Pack Drink

MANILA, Philippines - Batang 90's will surely remember their favorite-all-time chocolate drink - Milo. What if your favorite chocolate drink has some "special" ingredient?

On a Facebook post by Piere Angeli Barcelo Mercado, she posted that her youngest child, Ivee, was drinking a Milo tetra pack (110ml) and suddenly set it aside on the table and poured it on a cup. To their surprise, they found some unkown solid materials in the said drink.

She then tasted it and found it rancid and had a foul smell. She immediately returned it to the supermarket and complain about the unknown substances found in the Milo drink.

Later on, she posted the incident on Milo's Facebook page but after 5 minutes, the admin of the page immediately deleted her post.

Dear Milo, a customer is had an issue with one of your drinks yet you just ignored it and even deleted her concern. Be brave enough to answer what had happened. A customer needs an explanation. We need an explanation. If you are not guilty about this, you should have answered her and not delete her post on your page.

We are open to your explanation.
