Is there a vigilante around the metro whose goal is to keep Metro Manila safe again from these irresponsible citizens? Check out this video of a motorcycle rider who sprays water on the cigarettes of jeepney drivers even though there is already a "No Smoking" sign in their vehicles.

On a video posted by Nobody Cares, a motorcycle rider is seen spraying water on the cigarettes of these stubborn jeepney drivers. A clear sign of "No Smoking" is already seen yet they still insist to do so. It is not an excuse if they own it as they are still driving a public utility vehicle (PUV) in which a law is already long existent.

As a citizen of this country, would you even care if you see someone smoking cigarette in public places? Would you dare to politely tell them not to? Should you do it, we recommend that you look for a nearby police officer first as these stubborn citizens might be too aggressive should you tell them not to do such thing.

As always, protect yourself first.

No Smoking

LTFRB Memorandum Circular No. 36, S. 2009 "Smoking, or the act of carrying a lighted cigarette or other tobacco product, is prohibited in all public utility vehicles and public transportation terminals."
