MANILA, Philippines - In situations like this, who do you think is at fault? Is the driver liable or should the parents/guardian be held responsible? Is it time to update our law regarding road accidents?

Nabundol

Witnessed an accident early this morning (11/28/2016). What are the liabilities of someone getting involved in an accident like this? Here's the story.... the car in front of me was a blue vios (ZHJ-294), we were running at 10-15 km/h due to pasaways (law breaking f*ckers/overtaking addicts) and the usual morning rush traffic along pureza extension, manila. The old man seen helping the kid is somehow related to the victim.. how did i know? because he couldn't stop swearing at the incident (couldn't blame him coz the kid was hit) and to the driver of the blue vios who couldn't do anything except freeze to death (syempre kaka-bangga mo lang.... sa bata pa!). 3. the old man should've held the kid or stopped him from crossing if indeed he was related, but instead he didn't do anything.... malay mo ba may tatawid na ganun kabilis (from the driver's point). ano ka si superman may x-ray vision?! tapos mumura-murahin ka lang bigla? ano sa tingin ninyo? #LTO #MMDA #Manila #DMR #accidentsdohappen #mahalkopabuhayko #topgearphilippines #autoindustriya #pinoylawbreakers MMDA Top Gear Philippines LTO Philippines Pinoy Law Breakers
