It's been weeks since Rakrakan 2019 but we still have "LFS" (Last Festival Syndrome). In case you missed it, here's what happened.

Manila, Philippines - Red Horse Beer Muziklaban, Rakista Radio and REC, home of Rakrakan Festival co-presented by Dickies, showcased another remarkable festival and proved what decade of music production experience can offer to OPM patrons.

This years' theme was Peace, Love and Music, a 2 day celebration of OPM's biggest, hottest and up rising music artists in their respective genres. Happened last March 1 and 2, 2019 at Globe Circuit Events Ground at Circuit, Makati, the biggest and longest music festival was attended by OPM lovers across the country.

Rakrakan Festival is incomplete without its staple: 

• Skateboarding Exhibition and Competition 
• Street Art Contest 
• Merch Exhibit 
• Side activities such as face painting and henna tattooing, brand-sponsored games, information drives, and artist meet-and-greet 

Day 1 started with a bang. Some of the artists who performed were This Band, Moonstar88, Gracenote, 6CycleMind, Imago, Barbie Almalbis, Queso and Typecast.

But what really stands out was Tanya Markova's surprise collaboration with the internet sensation, Dante Gulapa. They performed their hit song Disney as Dante grooved and showcased some of his signature moves. 

Day 2 ended with a blast. To cap off the festival, artists such as Coln, Sandwich, 123 Pikit!, Chicosci, Munimuni, Valley of Chrome, Sagip Adik Foundation and JK Labajo performed. 

The highlight was none other than Slapshock's performance as the Slap Armies gathered as they swayed to the captivating music.

It was indeed a successful and fruitful event. Two days seems not enough to celebrate our country's amazing talents and local small business enterprise.
