MANILA, Philippines - Have you been to Intramuros lately? Did you notice how filthy the underpass is? A concerned citizen who pass by the underpass between Lawton and Intramuros took pictures of how dirty this underpass is.

The concerned citizen, who we will not mention here, posted pictures on Facebook and even asked the Mayor of Manila, Joseph Ejecito Estrada, to check the said underpass. As stated, many people are unable to use the underpass, especially students, due to how filthy and dangerous it is because informal settlers made it their "home".

We do hope that the Mayor of Manila would take prompt action on this.
