TOKO, Japan - Known as the Phantom Ejaculator, Tetsuya Fukuda, has been arrested for spraying semen to more than 100 women since the year 2011.

At last, detectives have solved the mystery wherein women have been complaining about semen being sprayed on to them.

Tetsuya said he gets excited when in close contact with women on a crowded train. With that, he cut holes in the pockets of his jacket so he could pleasure himself.

Detectives identified him after a DNA test on a semen found on a schoolgirl's skirt.

Ria Yoneda, 26, said 'It happened to me as well but I didn’t know who had done it. It is just disgusting, he needs help.'.

Tesuya Fukuda has been charged with damaging property and more than 100 semen attacks since 2011.
