MANILA, Philippines - Uber is known not just in the Philippines but around the world because of its online booking. A lot of Uber drivers here in the country are being praised for their pleasant attitude towards their customers but not for the case of Portia Trinidad.

Being a loyal Uber customer since August 2014, Portia was harassed by an Uber driver who rejected her booking and challenged her husband in a fist fight. The incident was posted on her Facebook timeline last June 17, 2015.

The reason of the Uber driver was he cannot go to their destination which is in Muntinlupa. Portia and her husband decided to leave the car after a debate with the driver. Upon alighting the vehicle, the driver shouted at them "Edi mag taxi ka na lang, dami mong arte." and even challenged her husband to a fist fight.

Later on, she reported the said incident to Uber support and as per Uber, they will look into the incident.

Will she still support Uber after the incident that happened to her? As per Portia, she will still support Uber despite the incident that happened to her and her husband. Being a loyal Uber rider since 2014, she knows that this is just an isolated case that would be resolved.
