MANILA, Philippines - After the mother who tied her child in the neck and treat him/her like a pet, another photo of a child is circulating online being made fun of.

In the picture, someone named Ehrdz Dela Cruz posted a photo of a woman who looks like she is teaching her how to smoke. Though it is not clear whether the cigarette is real or not, it is still not good to post pictures like this.
