As seen on the video, while watching a concert inside a mall, this maniac was able to find an opportunity to victimize a lady by sticking his genitals on the girl's behind. Without her noticing it, he continued the said act.
This is to warn ladies to be alert and vigilant. If you feel something "bumping" you, leave immediately. Do not let this kind of people abuse women sexually.
