When one rides the MRT/LRT, it is no doubt that you'll get squashed with the large volume of commuters trying to squeeze their way in. But in Japan, there are actually people who's job is to squeeze people in. For those who are not comfortable in this situation, then there are still other modes of transportation Japan has to offer.
What really surprised us is that despite the crowd, people are still disciplined and well-organized when entering and exiting the train. Also on how they manage to still be respectful to one another despite being squeezed in.
