In today's technology, almost everyone has a mobile phone capable of taking pictures and videos. And with that, the MMDA urges the public to report illegally parked vehicles that causes traffic obstruction. All you need to do is send a photo of the vehicle together with the time and location and the MMDA will forward your compans to a special task for that will handle the said incidents.
Below is the number and hashtag in which you could send your reports:
Viber - (0906) 147-6975
Twitter - @MMDA together with the hashtag #NETIZENSWATCH
We would like to commend the MMDA for making use of our technology in order to speed up the process of incident reporting. But then again, we are hoping that all reports and/or complains by the citizen will be resolved.
