MANILA, Philippines - It is a rule that whenever a traffic officer apprends you, you should pull over and ask for your violation. But in the case of Frank Anthony Gaw, a traffic enforcer apprehended him for having no violation at all then suddenly charged him of "running away from an enforcer". How cool is that!

It is kind of confusing on her part because the traffic enforcer was giving her a signal to go and turn but then told her that she was turning when the signal light is red.
